Our house is located in the San Carlos in a quiet, wooded residential area, just minutes from downtown and major shopping centers. A few blocks away, the Coast has several beaches that offer a variety of proposals, both in the public assembly and in their visual journeys.
We rent
Two rooms upstairs, both with wardrobe and heating

• Cable TV in room (optional)


• Room cleaning once a week with change of sheets and towels


• Bathroom and toilet to share


• Be - Desktop


• Broadband internet (using optional PC)


• Large kitchen, bright and equipped. You can cook if desired

• Beautiful inner park
